4. Intellectual Property

The Cityscapes service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Cityscapes and protected by intellectual property laws. Map data is sourced from OpenStreetMap and is subject to the Open Database License.

5. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and production capacity. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cityscapes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
